Moderate scratches and scuffs can be seen on the sides of the case, bezel, and bracelet. The bracelet also shows some moderate stretch and the endlinks are bent slightly. The dial also shows a couple imperfections. The most notable being a mark below the 10 o'clock indices. The caseback seal was damaged and has been removed. Watch is not waterproof. The dial has possibly been refinished on this watch.
