This watch was produced for the 50th Anniversary of the Imperial wedding. It was made in the Daini factory, home of King Seiko. The watch was produced in two dial variations - a plain dial and the more elborate one shown here. Production is estimated at 2,000-3,000 of each dial. An uncommon watch, particularly outside Japan.
