This is a rare, vintage Ishi-Shoten Yotubishi fountain pen from the mid 20th century. This pen is made from hard rubber and is covered in beautiful artwork depicting a cherry blossom branch and a bird. The artist’s signature can also be seen on the pen. This artwork is protected by a layer of urushi lacquer. This pen is equipped with a 14K gold extra fine nib. This pen is in very good condition for its age. It shows only a few signs of wear in the form of one large scratch and slight discoloration of the metal parts.
