Pre Owned, extremely rare, Sailor Kokutan Pen. This pen features an 18K gold fine nib. This Pen is in fairly good condition. A few scratches and scuffs can be seen in the lacquer as well as the chrome plated trim. The feed is loose and slightly misaligned. It may need repaired. There is also an engraving on the underside of the grip section.
This pen was made in 1968 in commemoration of 100 years of the Meiji period in Japan.
